Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download from the school website. Initial complaints should be made to Mary Rome, Headteacher via telephone on 01183 744556 or via email to mary.rome@grovesideschool.co.uk If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher please contact Chris Groom, Chair of Governors and Regional Director via email chris.groom@ofgl.uk
